Growing the social economy
Outcomes:
We bring together expertise and resources to support the long-term sustainability of the Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise Sector (VCSE). As a funding and investment intermediary we interface between government, funders and social investors and VCSE organisations. We find, support and invest in high impact VCSE organisations, currently targeting support for women, BAME organisations, health and wellbeing and climate change. We seek to resource and capitalise the VCSE sector in local places. A place-based approach ensures that gaps and needs are addressed and that social value is maximised.
We evaluate your services to identify how to maximise social impact, reduce waste, save time and make money. We develop business improvement plans to optimise your business model so that you maximise both your social & financial impact
We research income generation opportunities that will help you to increase your social impact & make money. We develop ideas and identify new business opportunities. We scope the consumer market trends and we undertake consultations through focus groups, interviews and surveys. From this we develop viable business propositions.
One to one high impact sessions to activate your vision, tap into higher awareness and gain clarity and insight. These sessions bring a sense of grounding, shifting & awakening to support leaders with personal transformation. These sessions help you to break through barriers and achieve high impact and personal growth which will impact on your business.
We provide business support to help VCSE organisations to get ready for and access social investment to grow and develop. This includes developing business plans, market analysis, impact modelling & social (e)valuation, developing cashflows and marketing.
We help social investors to identify off the radar businesses, address gaps and invest in organisations that bring about maximum social and financial returns. Our extensive knowledge and experience locally, nationally and internationally means that we identify high impact businesses saving investors valuable time and money.
Our bid writing support includes research and needs analysis, funding searches, partnership development, project planning and design, bid writing, quality assurance, demand and financial modelling, and implementation planning. We have a high success rate.
