What we did
Norton Housing and Support is a leading local charity based in Leicester City that provides housing and housing related support for people with complex mental health conditions.
We secured Big Potential Funding and Big Lottery Local Sustainability Funding for Norton Housing and Support to support its long-term sustainability. We provided a package of support that included:
- Development of a Business Change Plan
- Market research and analysis to inform business plans
- A full Social Return on Investment Evaluation that included consultations with service-users that had complex mental health conditions and the development of a new social impact measurement system
- Mentoring staff in PQASSO and support to gain the PQASSO quality mark accreditation
- Business planning & strategy development with the Board of Trustees and SMT
- Consortium development and bid writing
- Facilitated peer to peer support and expertise exchange with Solihull Life Opportunities
Outcomes
The work resulted in increased funding and investment to support the growth and sustainability of the charity.
