Our founder & DIRECTOR
Natasha Jolob has more than two decades of experience working with and for voluntary, community and social enterprise sector (VCSE) organisations and building the new social economy.
She has supported hundreds of VCSE organisations to develop and grow, partnered with social investors to identify and invest in good, viable organisations that have high social & financial returns and local government to increase its social impact with new transformative funding and delivery models.
She has worked from the bottom up, as a volunteer through to board director level and in most sectors (children, young people & families, homelessness, drugs & alcohol, mental health, health, older people, environment, international development, housing, BAME, disability).
With an MSc Geography degree and a Masters in International Development Planning (Development Planning Unit, UCL) she thinks global and acts local, and brings a geographical perspective to our work - a people and place based approach. Her study of the theory and practice of civil society development for her thesis informs the work of Kai-zen in terms of influencing policy and the growth and development of the civil society sector.
