The challenge

Research shows that mental health and wellbeing affect productivity, creativity, job satisfaction, staff turnover & business performance. Due to the nature of its social impact work, staff in the social enterprise, charity & care sectors may especially experience burnout/overwhelm, isolation, and stress. Supporting staff mental health and wellbeing is hampered by lack of time/capacity, budget & lack of knowledge about the different mental health and wellbeing strategies and tools. 


A quarter of the population in the UK experience a ‘mental health’ problem and demand for mental health services is high. There are long waiting lists for talking therapies and psychological support and delayed discharges from mental health services across the UK.

There is no doubt that everyone needs personal therapies to support good health and wellbeing, especially in a world where viruses, toxins and pollution, heart failure, diabetes and cancer are big public health risks.


Kaizen Wellness supports individuals, charities, social enterprises, businesses and public sector organisations to improve health and mental wellbeing through holistic health and wellbeing therapies.

Employee Wellbeing  

Wellbeing coaching using a holistic approach that supports physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. 

Option to access personalised health and nutrition coaching involving award-winning health products & supplements backed by science & made with the finest ingredients. 

Guided one to one and group transformation meditations to support mental and emotional wellbeing. These sessions involve self analysis and discovery to build on personal strengths.

Business Capacity Building

We help business to develop health and wellbeing policies and strategies and we support HR in wellbeing management.

We work with you to develop a wellbeing strategy that is and integral part of the business plan, and we write clear wellbeing policies and procedures. 

We also develop wellbeing metrics to support you to measure employee health and wellbeing, employee absences, productivity and turnover.

Community Wellbeing

We work with CCGs, NHS, Public Health & Local Authorities to develop mental health and well-being business cases for investment and funding and delivery models that reduce the need for primary and secondary care and therefore result in fiscal savings. 

We increase social value ensuring that it is maximised at every stage of the strategic commissioning cycle.

We support partnership development with social enterprises and charities and we leverage in external funding and social investment.

Individual wellbeing

Wellbeing sessions are offered to individuals some through and with our charity and social enterprise partners and clients. The sessions are bespoke for each client group.

Meditations are used for psychological support, sports performance, for personal development and growth and/ or for spiritual growth depending on individual wants and needs. 


The meditation sessions involve using a range of techniques including breathing, relaxing the body, intention setting, sensory experiences and visualisation. We also draw on methods used by Indigenous People and different cultures from around the world.
